Brevity sometimes can seem to necessitate overstatement.  I do, however, hold fast to the importance of small things such as the color of a grading pen.  My behavior and philosophy must be aligned to the minutest detail, as they will be constantly analyzed and mirrored by my students.

Purposes of Education View Entry
The purposes of education are simply stated as "enabling and preparing individuals to live their lives as fully as possible."  Outside of the unceasing pendulum of educational jargon and pedagogy, this holds true.  I firmly believe that there is a middle path which effectively educes and imparts the knowledge we hope for our students.
